Why we are looking for support
We are looking for an experienced Project Lead (m/f/d) to lead complex IT projects and drive impactful client engagements. You will take ownership to end-to-end project delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment. This role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and experience in the Consumer Goods industry.
Your tasks
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from scoping to implementation and closure
- Define project objectives, scope, timelines, and resource planning
- Act as the primary point of contact for the internal team, clients and stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional, international teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project management methodologies, governance, and best practices
- Drive requirements engineering and alignment between business and technical teams
- Monitor project performance, timelines, budgets, and quality
- Lead workshops, steering committees, and status reporting
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and value creation for clients
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consulting or related industry
- Proven experience leading IT projects as Project Lead or Project Manager
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and requirements engineering
- Experience in Consumer Goods (CG) industry is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of IT project delivery (e.g. CRM, digital platforms, system implementations)
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive mindset
- Experience working in remote and international environments
- Fluent in English
- Italian is a plus
- Multilingual background is a strong advantage
