Why we are looking for support
We are looking for a motivated Project Lead (m/f/d) to support the successful delivery of IT-driven projects in an international consulting environment. In this role, you will contribute to project execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery excellence while building strong client relationships. Ideally, you bring strong language skills to support our international client base.
Your tasks
- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from initiation to completion
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Act as a point of contact the team, for stakeholders and ensure clear communication
- Identify risks and support mitigation strategies
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and documentation
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices
- Support requirements gathering and alignment between business and technical teams
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and high-quality outcomes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in consulting or related industry
- Initial experience in project management or project coordination roles
- Experience working on IT projects (e.g. CRM, digital, or system implementation projects)
- Experience in Consumer Goods (CG) industry is a strong advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in international and remote environments
- Fluent in English
- Multilingual is a strong plus
Nice to Have
- language skills are a plus (German, French, Italian, Spanish, ...)
